Description:As a well-established wholesale bakery, we are growing and looking for aggressive, self-starters for Route Operations Manager position. This position is to provide overall sales and operation support for the Sales Center. Key Job ResponsibilitiesContribute and participate as a member of the Sales Management Team.Meet customer service expectations through communication & follow up with SCL's or OSL's.Work With OSL's to assist or work independently on specific facets of route operations such as distribution and merchandising.Handle assigned duties and customer service as assigned by a SCL or OSL.Work with Sales Center sales team to achieve optimal distribution of product.Operating a company step van or box truck is required with a need to operate routes in emergency situations.Ensure a safe working environment for all associates through compliance with BBU safety programs promoted by the company. Growing retail sales in Sales Center area.Execution of the sales marketing and merchandising plans.Recruiting, counseling, motivating and developing personnel.Improving freshness by guiding teams in the organization through ordering, merchandising and space management.Participation in on line learning classes.Participation in company training programs and use of tools like Margin Minder, Prompt and AS400.Conducts Safety meetings and monitors safety programs.Perform return audits and product accountability tracking.Perform the basket and dolly tasks put in place in Sales Centers. Position Requirements: Education and Work HistoryHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.2-5 years of sales experience, DSD experience strongly preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
