IT Technician
Frozen Food Manufacture seeks a full-time IT Technician for NY and NJ plants. This position requires traveling between the two locations, therefore, a valid drivers license and vehicle is a must.
Individual must have 3 years minimum help desk experience; and great communication / documentation skills. Must be able to multi-task at a past pace and eager to learn and support new technologies.
Technical requirements include:
Strong understanding of network topologies
Technical Certifications such as A+, Network
or MCP preferred, but equivalent work experience considered.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client and server) loading and support.
Experience with thin clients and Terminal Server
Email troubleshooting with Outlook and Exchange
Experience with common application installs and support (MS Office, Adobe, Quickbooks, Web Browsers)
Local and domain Printer Sharing, installs and support
Experience with Common backup and imaging utilities
Virus and Malware removals
Hardware changes and upgrades
This position does require flexible hours and some on-call commitment. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
