We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horse Groom to join our team.
As a Horse Groom, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our horses, ensuring their well-being and providing them with the necessary care they need.
This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of horse care and handling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming - Clean stables and maintain a clean and organized environment - Monitor horses for any signs of illness or injury and report to management - Assist with veterinary visits and administer medications as directed - Operate farm machinery for tasks such as mowing pastures or spreading manure - Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance as needed Skills:
- Strong knowledge of horse care, handling, and behavior - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with horse care - Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance - Experience in growing or gardening is a plus - Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs is preferred Note:
