Inspire Kids is operated by Inspire, a not-for-profit mission-driven service organization providing supports for people with developmental disabilities for over 70 years.
Inspire is an affiliate of Cerebral Palsy Association of New York State, and a member of the ADAPT Community Network.
Inspire Kids has opportunities for a NYSED Certified School Psychologist to support preschool students with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will evaluate young children to establish eligibility for district-authorized special education and therapy supports.
Experience in collaborating with instructional teams, in meeting with school districts, in establishing behavioral supports in classrooms, and in supporting families will be highly valued.
This position requires New York State certification as a School Psychologist.
Experience with preschool children is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - are required.
