The ideal candidate must be organized and highly motivated.
Have the ability to work as a team and successfully work independently.
Candidates must be compassionate with patients, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to answering high call volumes, scheduling appointments, collecting account balances and keeping up with patients' healthcare needs.
