Responsibilities:
Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
Meal Preparation/Diet/Eating, Light Housekeeping, DressingMobility, Personal hygiene, Medication reminders, Transportation as needed,Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home.
Is responsible, respectful and cooperative with patients/families, supervisors, fellow employeesMaintains friendly working atmosphere.
Maintains appropriate attitudeMaintains appropriate appearanceAccepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behaviorUtilizes established channels of communication Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately
Qualifications:
Must have NYS certification for PCA or HHA'sWork authorization requiredMust be fully vaccinated against Covid19Meets NYS health requirementsRecent physicalTwo ReferencesPositive and compassionate attitudeDrivers License or reliable transportation is required License/Certification:
