The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional and polished, with a proven ability to support a fast paced office environment.

The ability to effectively balance courtesy, tact, and assertiveness is essential.
This Receptionist has a lot of room to grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
Operates multiple-call telephone switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
Maintains safe and clean area.
Research and identify the appropriate business units or persons for callers when it is not obvious from a provided list.
Report of the volume of calls received.
Identify telephone system problems and immediately alert the proper personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
